Planning a Political Platform
For the past several weeks in our Social Studies classes we have been discussing the upcoming Presidential election. One of the areas into which we delved was the specifics of the Democratic and Republican party platforms. For Paragraph a Week this week you are to imagine that you are running for political office. It can be any office from local to national representation, from animal protection warden to president. In your paragraph tell for what office you are running and detail your election platform. What is it you believe in and stand for?
