Halloween Fun





The spooky students at Monsterville Elementary School have decided to hold a Halloween Party at school. Create an invitation they might use. Include: the date, the time, the place, the menu, and any special instructions for participants.

Poor little Gary Goblin doesn't know what to wear for Halloween. He wants an unusual costume, nothing like the traditional ghost, witch, or typical spook. Can you help Gary? Design a costume and write the directions for making it.

There are so many songs for Christmas. Halloween enthusiasts have decided to produce Halloween songs that will become part of a yearly tradition. They do not want to use the old familiar tunes to Christmas carols, however. Select a popular children's song and create ghoulish verses and a spooky chorus.

How many words can you find hidden in the phrase "Happy Halloween"? Make a list. Select TEN words to use in FIVE compound sentences.
