CD Storywheels

Ms. Ackley, I found your StoryWheel lesson on the Lesson Exchange at Teachers.net and thought I would reply. I'm not sure how long it has been there but I am a new user of the internet so it was new to me. I noticed that you adapted the size for individual students to make their own wheels. I loved the idea and then took it one step farther to turn the wheels into "CD's" and we saved them in the student's CD storage case, actually a portfolio type of folder. Now the students have their cases full and ready to take home with a year's worth of stories summarized at their fingertips.
